Changing Your Mascot

Once you have your results back, you need to formulate a plan of attack. Having 1000 responses to a survey does you no good if you do not find the numbers within the data to show an argument for change. 

There are 2 steps to presenting to the board:

1. Grouping the Data

2. Presenting your Findings

Its is not your job to create data, but it will be your job to see what the data is telling you. The next two sections will look at how data can be used to make your case for change or for things to remain the same.
